    Shipping Policy

    PRE-ORDER & DELIVERY SCHEDULE

    To ensure the freshest quality, we operate on a pre-order system. You are required to enter your postcode to confirm if your address is within our delivery coverage area before placing your order.

    • Weekly Order Cut-Off: Monday
    • Delivery: Thursday or Friday of the same week
    • Processing Time: Orders placed after the cut-off day will be processed for the next available delivery date

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is on its way, we will send you a notification via email or WhatsApp.

    You can check the delivery tracking link for real-time updates and note that the delivery driver may not contact you upon arrival.

    Kindly ensure that someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery day, as it needs to be stored in the freezer upon arrival.

    Other states within our delivery partner's coverage in West Malaysia. We currently do not offer delivery to East Malaysia.

    We will contact you directly with delivery details for other states in West Malaysia.

    Delivery typically takes 3 - 7 business days from the shipment date, depending on the destination.

    Please note that the delivery driver may not contact you, so we advise tracking your order to ensure someone is available to receive the Amazake upon arrival, as it needs to be stored in the freezer immediately.

    Amazen House is not responsible for delays due to external factors, including but not limited to, weather or transportation issues.

    RETURN POLICY

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist you with a replacement.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Customers are advised to review their orders thoroughly before confirming the purchase. If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact customer service.
