PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Amazen House provides fresh Amazake made with ingredients sourced from Japan. All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change at our discretion.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Order Processing :
- For Klang Valley, all orders must be placed by Monday for delivery on Thursday or Friday of the same week.
- For interstate orders, we will contact you directly with delivery details.
Payment :
- We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, FPX and e-Wallets.
Order Confirmation :
- You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery Coverage :
- We currently deliver to postcodes within our delivery partner's coverage in West Malaysia.
Shipping Costs :
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Schedule :
- Klang Valley orders placed by Monday are shipped out on Thursday or Friday of the same week. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed for the next available delivery date.
- We will contact you directly with delivery details for other states in West Malaysia.
Delivery Reminder :
- Ensure that someone is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery day, as it needs to be stored in the freezer upon arrival.
Important Note :
- You can check the delivery tracking link for real-time updates and note that the delivery driver may not contact you upon arrival.
- Amazen House is not responsible for delays due to external factors, including but not limited to, weather or transportation issues.
RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist you with a replacement.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
We offer subscription plans on a bi-weekly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Amazen House to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method at each renewal period until cancellation.
How It Works :
- Select your preferred number of packs and flavours.
- You can subscribe to only one subscription plan per checkout and non-subscription items cannot be included in the same transaction.
- Your checkout amount will recur automatically and be billed every 14 days.
Subscription Modification :
Unfortunately, changes to subscription quantity or product selection are not permitted. To make adjustments, you will need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe with your desired quantity or product selections.
Subscription Delivery and Billing Pause Policy :
Subscribers may request to temporary pause their subscription deliveries and corresponding billing under the following conditions:
Notification Period
- Requests must be submitted via email to hello@amazenhouse.com at least 7 working days prior to the next scheduled shipment date.
Required Information
- Subscribers must provide the desired pause period and a valid reason for the request.
Approval Process
- All pause requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Amazen House.
- Any outstanding payments must be settled before a delivery or billing pause request can be processed.
Billing Adjustments
- Upon approval, subscription billing will be paused alongside the delivery for the specified period. No charges will be applied during the approved pause period.
Resumption
- Deliveries and billing will automatically resume after the agreed pause period ends. Subscribers must inform Amazen House in advance if they wish to resume earlier than the specified duration.
Failed Subscription Payment Policy :
- If your subscription payment fails on the scheduled billing date, our system will automatically attempt to retry the charge. This may cause a delay in processing and your order will be rescheduled for the next available delivery once the payment is successful.
- If multiple attempts remain unsuccessful, the subscription will be cancelled, and you will need to re-subscribe again. To avoid interruptions, please ensure your payment method is valid and up-to-date.
Subscription Cancellation Policy :
Non-Refundable Fees
- Refunds are not available for active, paid subscription plans. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel
- You can cancel your subscription through My Account and the cancellation will take effect starting the next billing cycle.
- If you need assistance, please contact our customer service via email at hello@amazenhouse.com. Kindly notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to process your request.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Amazen House is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products, except as required by Malaysian law. This limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to, compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
